The proposed solution, is a device that is designed to override a standard treadmill, with projected movable arms, that can synchronize pendulum arm swing with bipedal gait training.

The design is made to accommodate varying patient widths, from 2.5 percentile female up to 97th percentile male.

A height adjustable interface, and width adjustable arms.

Motus integrates AR technology with the use of 2 motion sensitive cameras (front and side) to track patients’ bipedal gait, predict and synchronize pendulum arm swim movement.

Motus Handles are adjustable for extreme patient width variations and comfort through a pivot point that flip inward and outward adding up to 4 inches in width change. Handles are also interchangeable with a wrist strap adaptor for patients with little to no grip control.

The main Internal components are the vertical and horizontal linear actuators, that allow the arms to mimic and the pendulum swing, PCB and AC transformer.
